I've been lurking in both of the forums quite a while now and one thing I notice in my times of lurking is that the users don't really read the forum rules before posting. So, I'm proposing for an additional feature, I'm thinking something like a notice that would pop up everytime someone opens the forum showing the 2 essential rules. "Do not request beatmap" and "Do not ask for feedbacks" (2nd rule applicable only to Beatmap Projects). Since Pinned post is useless for these type of users, let's be real.
