Idea is simple, when you're highlighted in Chat and don't have the chat open AND you're not playing, then a sound plays.
Would be really helpful if you've got another window open like S4League, even when S4League is in Window mode, you can't see the lower bar -> You can't see the osu! window flashing. And if someone's shouting for help because his whole family is just being murdered by a giant osu! cookie and you're the only one to help him, you can't
I'm stressing the "not playing" since the highlights themselves already annoy/distract the player, sounds would totally screw them up. Also, I guess you'd notice highlights if you're sitting in front of the osu! window.
Of course this will be optional if it'd be implemented.
