[Archived] Pretty strange problem

Problem details: So basically, when game is on instantly my 120 fps and 2ms become an 1fps and 4500ms out of nowhere. I turned off anti-virus and Windows Defender but it didn't worked out either. Well this all happened actually after i updated my system to Win 1906, maybe that is the issue.

Please try restarting your computer. If you only started noticing issues after you updated Windows, the yeah, that's probably the issue.

I'd try reinstalling your graphics drivers as occasionally I've seen Windows updates break them and that could definitely cause performance issues like this.
