I am panicking as I can't get better I initially got an A on a beatmap and I have been trying again and again but I can't get an A or a B I keep getting a C and no matter how hard I focus or try I can't get the A again nor can I do better in easy level maps could someone please help me and tell me what is going on

I think that's called mindblock, try playing different map and don't tap retry too much
if u keep missing in same spot again and again it's time to change map
also don't think about improvement too much, just focus on ur play so u not get tense up and panicking
and the most important of all, don't forget to have fun

Yes don't stay on the same map for too long, retry a few times, then if it's still not OK, move on.
If this map was ,for example, a 2.23*, then play some maps between 1.9* and 2.20* before coming back.
