I think you shouldn't enable countdown since the beginning is short anyway.

if you use soft sounds as mentioned above, i think you could add some whistle on that part sicne it would sound nice (but maybe with a little bit lower volume) and it's quite empty anyway without hitsounds
00:04:172 (1,2,3) - hmm maybe make a better blanket? I don't really have problems with the patterns itself, it's just not really appealing like this, so maybe you could try something like this? -

It's a pretty nice diff, it's not really a good point that after those short sliders the hit circles come so quickly but oh well, still nice diff.

AR +1 (the AR on Hard is quite high already, so I would be fine if Insane had AR 7 but then lower the AR on Hard)
