Well, I'll only give a general feedback from my feelings about this, I felt some streams really overload the song, you may lower the volume of the hitsounds or use the soft sampleset for them, specially in the part before the first break (00:07:362 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16)). Also I felt the diff quite jumpy and somehow random, I'll just point a few stuff as I don't want to mess too much with this.
00:00:588 (1,2,3) - A regular spacing here would be nice followed by a jump to the next circle.
00:22:846 - A stream would really fit better than just sliders here.
00:31:556 (1) - Remove NC?
00:49:266 (2) - Remove this, fits better as a circle + triple.
01:34:169 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I don't recommend to begin slider-streams in a blue tick when the song is strong in white and red ones. But in my opinion, this doesn't even fit with this part, as the music has more emphasis in the beats I put in the screen, maybe you could make something like 00:33:685 (1,2,3,4,5).

02:05:620 (4,5) - I was expecting a jump here as the vocals increase the intensity.

thanks for the tips ( I 've try to make all of notes good but sometimes it's lazy )

I've fix in easy diff but it's a bit different way, but rhythm still same as you suggest.

about normal diff I 've Nc every 8 beats and I don't care about how beauty of the circle. sorry. for Insane it's 4 beats instead of 8 beats coz of cluster.

00:34:846 (5,1) - The spacing is too close and it probably causes players to read 00:34:846 (5,1) - as 1/4, considering you've used a larger spacing for 00:33:975 (2,3,4,5) - .
01:07:943 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - I'd rather CTRL+J them since the transition from (5) to (1) currently doesn't flow well.

The kick sliders play weird to me since they start on red tick. Imo I think they usually feel more natural on white tick since that's usually where most drum rolls or w/e starts in music.

00:36:879 (2,3,4,5,6) - overlaps dont look nice imo. Perhaps you should just space it farther to make a nice blanket and to keep current pattern without ovelaps.
