Has anyone ever had a pain in the knuckle of your single tapping finger? Like in the tendon or whatever. Is there something im doing wrong? Or a way to fix this? Should I just take a break from the game?

Yea pain there is prob not good. You are overdoing it. Take a break and try something easier for a bit. Like go for accuracy instead of trying to combo hard maps.

if your concerned go to a doctor but I think a cure for this pain is that you just need to take a break when you get such pain.
i played till 4 am one day and my hand was hurt hurt, so i jost got some rest, and the next day i was fine lol
