00:15:358 (2) - I wouldn't recommend using separate red-tick hitcircles since they may have a confusing rhythm for the beginners - they often want to play something that has a consistent rhythm so they can keep up with accuracy and stuff. I'd say add notes at 00:15:186 and 00:15:531.
00:17:082 (1) - Would flow much better with previous/next notes if curved to the other side, like this
00:18:634 (2) - If you do ^, then you might as well curve this to the other side (just a small suggestion though, both ways work fine here)
00:27:255 (3) - *nazi* Move one grid (lv4) right so it blankets better with (2)'s end
00:28:117 (1) - Shouldn't it be curved to flow better with (2), like this? Would work much better imo.

01:42:536 - I'd add a circle here with finish. It would make more sense to finish a beatmap on a downbeat (big white tick) with a finish hitsound lol

weird distances tbh. Alot of rhythm changes. I can't say I liked this quite a lot
