Make the Osu! menu looks better

Sorry for my english..*coff*..

I have a idea to make the osu menu looks better,make it get bright/dark based on the clock of windows.

so basically change the brightness of the menu depending on the time?

Simple but nice, yeah support! Instead of dimming the background after a while, it'll be better if it dimmed according to time.

It currently dims based on song intensity. I don't have any plans on changing this for now.

What do you mean by song intensity? You mean, if the song goes softer the background dims, and if the song goes louder the background goes back bright?
