How to resolve ?
Use ctrl- or ctrl+ to change the approach rate in osu!mania.
In this case, the speed's too slow, so press ctrl+ a few times.

increase the speed, it was at 0 afaik (either f3 or f2 i'm not know about that, but CTRL+= would give the solution for me)
This happens when you change a beatmap to mania only in the editor. It will reset your maniaspeed to 0. (Even though in the config it still says it's 7)
