Only clockwise for me, if I try going counter clockwise my hand explodes. 
i voted clockwise uhps, but i actually spin counter-clock wise pretty much all the time

If I'm relaxed I do 280~300, when I'm excited (last spinner and perfect) around 350.

I always spinned counter clockwise but that oddly changed, so I'm spinning clockwise now.
