Hi Niva,Intinya : Kita dijadwalkan tanding tanggal 11, ada yang keberatan?
It's very unfortunate that WVS was too busy with exams that your team had to actually elect a new captain (or maybe there was something else, but the reasons WVS provided me were because the majority of the team was busy with exams including himself). He is a pleasure to work with, but I'm sure team Indonesia will continue to impress me with you as their leader. I'm honoured to be working with you~
I can't read Indonesian, but I trust you. Now that you will be the new person to contact on behalf of the Indonesian team, I actually have a request for you. Because of your former captain (or whatever the actual issue was for not playing in the last 2 rounds), your team must now play against Russia and Taiwan on the same day (that includes using round 1-2 mappool against Russia and 1-3 mappool against Taiwan). According to the information WVS provided me with, most of your exams end on December 10th; therefore all postponed/rescheduled matches will take place on Tuesday, December 11th, 2012. I need to know the times your team can play on the 11th (give me the times in UTC) and the times you absolutely cannot gather a minimum of 4 team members. I need this information asap.
Thanks Niva!

Haruka

Kalau misalnya ada yang keberatan gw kontak Haruka lagi secepatnya (:
Thanks for giving me your times so quickly. Unfortunately, we must move the date to Wednesday, December 12th instead of the 11th. Are the times you gave me still the same or send me new times if there are different times you can/cannot play on Wednesday.Intinya : Jadi tandingnya tanggal 12 (:
Sorry for the inconvenience. ><
Thanks a bunch~Intinya : Sebenarnya kita udah nggak mungkin lolos sih, match 1 sudah kalah + 'we are going to have to automatically award the win to Taiwan'
So we have 2 situations we must deal with now that I have received all the information I need. Indonesia is put as lower priority when scheduling the match between Indonesia and Russia, and Indonesia and Taiwan. You understand why this is I hope (if it's not obvious, both teams were ready to play on the scheduled dates and Indonesia was not so therefore, I will be favouring Russia and Taiwan's preferred times when scheduling your matches). Unfortunately, we have a problem with both matches.
Starting with the less painful one to deal with, Russia has given me the times of 14:00 UTC - 16:00 UTC (they are in +7 GMT and +4 GMT, so it's clear they want to play after school). I see your team wants to play before school (23:30 UTC - 01:30 UTC). I am asking if your team can play after school instead. Indonesia happens to be in the same timezone as Russia, so I hope this will not persist to be a problem. As much as I don't want to remind you, please keep in mind that Indonesia is at the disadvantage here for initially postponing the match so you must try to meet Russia's times.
This one may be out of your control. Taiwan can only gather 2 people to play during any time of the weekday (Uan is in the army and there are multiple other good reasons why they can only play on the weekend). Since Taiwan has legitimate reasons for not being able to play during the weekdays (the tournament only requires teams being able to play on the weekend, not at all on the weekdays), it's starting to look like we are going to have to automatically award the win to Taiwan for this specific match. I will contact Loctav to see how he will handle this issue.
Sorry about the shape of these matches, but that's the disadvantage of postponing the matches regardless of the reason. Your team must have known what you would be required to sacrifice during this tournament (e.g. it was foreseeable that your team would have exams while the tournament progressed and your team should have been ready to have the challenge of willingly and seriously participating in this tournament while doing exams). For now, the best your team can do is conform to Russia's schedule if you want to salvage at least one of these two matches.
I'm really sorry about bringing you this bad news...
All the best,
Haruka

Oh well, back to normal lifeLoctav wrote:
Taiwan wins by default against Indonesia, because no time agreement could be established and because it's Indonesia's issue that the match had to be postponed in the first place.
