I'm looking for a beatmap with this picture.The difficulty was about 4.5*, lenght about 4-5ish minutes and overall vibe of the song was touhou-ish with japanese vocals.

Character shown is Minoriko (or maybe Shizuha?) Aki from 東方風神録　～ Mountain of Faith (Touhou 10). Lyrics storyboard talking about harvests seems to corroborate this.

Edit: Quick google of the lyrics shown turned up this song: The Rain Goes Ri-Ra Ri-Ra by ShibayanRecords, but I couldn't find any beatmaps with that metadata unfortunately.
