I personally don't like N-H-I spread especially in case that Insane diff has AR9. But it's still acceptable I guess.

Audio lead-in is currently too long imo. 1000ms would be enough.

[Hard]
AR is quite high considering the normal diff has AR 4..(And this diff itself isn't that jumpy) plus Hard diffs tend to be played with DT so AR7 is much better to me
01:23:954 (1) - Not a big deal though. Start this spinner 1/4 earlier for the sake of consistency with others?

Volume is quite loud especially in the kiai times. I would suggest lower volume regardless of the consistency with the other diffs because clap and whistle aren't constant due to lack of notes and empty beats.
