To capture your current screen on iPhone:
Press Home and Lock together at the same time. A white flash will be shown, capturing your current screen.
To capture your current screen on Android 4.0 or later:
Press Volume Down and Power at the same time. Again, a animation/flash will be shown, and you can now use that screen. To see it on the phone, open your gallery app and go to Screenshots to find your screen captures.
Using a app for Android:
AndroSS is a good tool for capturing screenshots without Tegra root access.
In the App's settings, check off either when you shake to capture the screen, or when you use the camera button on your Android. It will likely be in your pictures, but I don't own a Android or have the app.
Here's mine on my formerly iPhone: had the SIM card removed, no service:
YES I HAVE MULTIPLE GAME AND UTILITY GROUPS SHUT UP. I KNOW I HAVE 8 GROUPS OF GAMES, I'M A GAMER DAMN IT.
Post all of them if you want to, but spoilerbox them. I don't care if they're unorganized, one page, or a crap load of groups, just post them. :3
EDIT:
To get your pictures from iPhone: If you have picture + video importings enabled, it will go into the folder where it will always be imported. If not, follow these steps.
1. Go to Computer
2. Go to [Your Name]'s iPhone
3. Go to DCIM
4. Go to the ONLY folder that's there.
5. The latest picture taken will be at the bottom.
6. Copy it to wherever.
7. Done.
Android either involves USB or SD card. USB is normally like iPhone, SD is the same too.
