Let me help you a bit.

The maximum combo of a colour is (I don't know sure) 10. the combo of 00:16:738 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - Is much longer than that , along as other streams. if your stream is around 11 or so, do not worry, because that is the maximum. Above that, you must add a new combo colour.

If you would like, I can make a easy level for you?!

I asked around a bit, but there's nothing wrong with having combos between 10-15, as long as they make sense.
I was sticking to a new combo every 2 bars, which works out pretty well.
I do have, I think, 2 combos which end at 18, but that happens cause there's just a ton of triplets/streams going on.

Also, about the guest diff, I'm going to have to reject for now.

PS: is that some sneaky map advertising...?

At first: Please don't follow exactly what's on screenshots - they're just supposed to give overall look on what do I mean at some points - it's up to you how you'll try to make it like that.
[Totally 4,5 stars]
First of all starting - I think it would be better to start the map 00:10:776 - here.
00:13:310 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Too much spaced - it's start of a map, don't make people loss acc just at start (without reason *). I think it would be better if streams would go from Up to down, and with less spacing between jump. Something like this Or even better would be stacking them.
00:15:993 (9,10,11,12,13,14) - The jump here - I personally think that kind of jump is pretty ugly, and for this part not being too fast, - it doesn't even fit. Making for example doublets (.. jump .. jump .. jump ..) (where .. double hit, and jump means space).
00:18:079 (8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - This kind of jump is bad - why? Because while streaming, you need to focus on: Triplet, jump, MOVING BACK, hitting next 4 circle-stream (which even curved), and sliding. Try to make it more flowing like triplet -> one circle -> next stream with slider like:
00:20:464 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Please make it more flowing, because it looks a little bit of random.
00:22:700 (7,8,9,10) - Moving down slider (8) will make player more flow - the slider is supposed to be like pitstop , a little bit of waiting to recover energy, and getting back to streaming - moving mouse unnecessary to hit it, is in my opinion bad.
00:23:147 (9,10,11,12,13) - ^ addition to this - moving it a little bit down, with suggestion above, will make it better
00:25:532 (14,15,16,17,18) - Bad flow - player needs to stream, make back-n-forth stream, and jump again with back-n-forth - it's bad IMO, If you want to keep it like that
This would be much better.
00:29:705 (6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - I know it's supposed to look cool - but for playing it's not - I'd recommend you rotating triplets to make ends look at start of stream, and moving stream a little bit further - coming back after triplets is bad.
It's still bad - but you get it right? (making triplets other shape would be better)
00:55:044 (2,3,4,5,6) - Please, avoid back-n-forth triplet here, there were too much jumps in this part, please, make player have rest with easier streams.

There is more to mod, but I think I found the most hurting problems in this map.

Though again, I personally don't really dislike these kind of streams. (Will change if I can come up with something.)

There is more to mod, but I think I found the most hurting problems in this map.

Okay, it's a little mod, because I can't pass it...

First, I feel like the hitsounds (when you don't use clap or whistle or finish) are too high, use inherited points to smoother them. Sound additions are good.
00:52:659 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - Why does the stream hasn't the same spacing? On purpose?
00:56:832 (3) - Don't like its place, put it on the same line as 00:56:982 (4,5,6).
01:10:545 (2,4,6,8) - This is weird but cool at the same time
01:23:364 - Definitely a break

So i added 3 combos in the 4 notes right after it to basically negate all the draining. If you hit those 4 notes right before the actual break, you end up with like 80-90% "health". I'll ask around a bit, if some other people agree with you, I'll change it. =)

Alrighty, added a break and changed the combo after it a bit. ^^
Since now the 4 combos aren't needed anymore.

You shouldn't give a _ about the difficulty rating system. Choose the settings you like the most a just don't care about this dubious number of stars which doesn't tell anything anyway.

And I wasn't sure about the difficulty settings, which is why I was asking for opinions. ^^
Also, I thought it was just funny that the map had a rating of 4.5 for some reason, while it obviously isn't. =P
