You can see that there's no noticeable 'beat' until around 5.8ms, and the ranking criteria says no hitsound should have more than 5ms of delay. So you should cut the intro a bit to remove the quiet part. Use this if you want.
Btw, why does the 'thanks for playing' look like 'playiny'? y and g are drawn same lol
Also can I ask you one thing on your diff? From 02:19:478 - to 02:32:110 - , many of the sliderends are overmapped and I think at least 5% volume is needed to not give unnecessary feedback to players.

I forgot to add this. I have no knowledge about the song's source, but Wafu told me that it's 100% unrelated to the source and is a random loli. So we suggest you to find a source-related BG instead.

That's not a proper reasoning. Why do you choose a BG that's not related to the song at all only to satisfy your preference? Anyway, if you really really do not want to change it, at least use a higher resolution of that BG. http://puu.sh/qK2H3/cd8693e3cd.jpg (Provided by Wafu)
