If you guys are unable or way too stupid to talk to each other properly, the United States won't participate here.
And stop dicking around in this thread. I highly disapprove this overconfident behavior.
Since the progress disturbance due to stupidity and retardness in #2 OWC, I take this step to avoid banning a whole team from the tournament because of a misbehaving captain and his god complex.
You have time till Nov 15th or till all slots are filled, else you won't come "far" because you don't participate in the first place.

You don't need a certain rank to be in the tournament but generally you want to be one of the 8 best in your coutry

Due to general confusion about the +2 backup rule, it has been simplified to:
Added Mr Color as commentator, added Xakyrie and Haruka as match schedulers.
Map selectors will be announced later.
- You are free to add 4 additional players. (instead of 4+2+2 - it's 4+4 now)
- You can exchange only one player per map during matches. (instead of free exchanging your players during matches)
