It has been 5 years since I last saw the anime and I remember that I cried a lot.
I was 18 at the time and I was deeply moved, couldn't help but cry my eyes out.

Never cried watching an anime, but Clannad Afterstory was the closest I got. RIP USHIO NEVER FORGET

If Tomoya wasnt a d*ck and no OVA about Tomoyo After (that OVA ruined Clannad a bit) then maybe. I think ONE and Kanon are much better. (pls dont kill me)
I would lie if I said I didn't cry, but it was only after story.

When Ushio died, because it was right after she and Tomoya had some character development. I really had felt for Tomoya

I got teary eyes and runny nose.
I even get all emotional when i hear the second season opening.
Clannad was an emotional roller coaster for me, sometimes i laughed with the char or cried.
If u didnt cry its A. u didnt see it or B. u got a brick as a heart.

Cried once during the first season. When Nagisa was too shy/scared to recite her play in front of the school and began to cry.
Clannad is good as everyone says, but definitely not as runny nose as you may think. I speak for both the first season and After Story.

I only kinda (yep just kinda) cried during the last episodes of After Story but the rest just slightly.
