- This is a solo-signup, 2v2, osu! standard tournament.
- Only players with the country flag of Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia may participate.
- Players will play Qualifiers individually before being drafted into teams.
- There is no rank range.
- The tournament will be played in ScoreV2.
- The tournament will hold 20 teams of 3 after Qualifiers.
- Teams will be seeded by Qualifier performance. (kind of, read next point)

For Loser's Bracket match formats, it will follow with the current Winners' match format on that week, and the same goes for mappools.
