My cousin had like 2 heavy epilepsy attacks while sleeping. I actually let her play osu! but I am kind of hesitant when I give her my pen. I tried to actually find any sort of report on an epilepsy attack while playing osu! but I have never found one. I just wanted to ask the whole community if there is any sort of case of someone having a seizure while playing osu!. She really loved the game, I just don't want to let her give up from the start :/

I would be careful, because some beatmaps are very flash intensive, which can probably bring on an epilepsy attack. I would precheck each level if possible to ensure she doesn't come across a particularly flashy map.
Ranked beatmaps should have this warning
But the oldest ones (2007-2008) doesn't have that

You should be checking before letting her play the map and let her play those that don't have flashing colours or anything that could potentially trigger an epilepsy attack. But yes, most of the maps should have that warning as stated by the person above.
