It's kinda odd that the current mp3 file has background voices. I've found this version, with just the original melody (already encoded @192 kbps). It's highly recommended to change it, and make a Full Submission after it.

I wanna change it but I've to retiming it all ;____;
The BPM should be the same: 160. About the offset try 1504 ms, as it's the most accurate I could find (+/- 1 ms in test mode). Ask for a second opinion about the timing, just in case.
Don't kudosu this post, because you shouldn't have given me one for the mp3 file anyway ^^ I'll check the CTB diff as requested when the timing is fixed, and don't forget to move and resnap all your objects/timing sections/preview point to the correct place, please!
