The skin was featuring Tobisawa Misaki, who appears sometimes in Cookiezi skins, and it also had a larger than normal cursor, like a quarter of a standard hit circle. I think the color of the cursor could be grayish/silver, but I don't really remember. Also, the pass sign looked like this:
