can 4 minute long songs with 1 diff still get ranked?

was just wondering if 4 minute long maps with only one difficulty can still get ranked, since it says only 5 minutes or higher in the ranked criteria

Unless it's a hard diff, no
  1. ...between 3:30 and 4:15, the lowest difficulty of each included game mode cannot be harder than a Hard.

it's actually possible to rank a tv size map with only a easy difficulty if the song is really chill enough for that
