I get Offset 672 (-8 from current), see what feels better for you.
Taiko-Backgrounds are currently unrankable, replace it with the default one or some with normal ratios.
Please use a Lead-In of 2000 in all difficulties. 3000 is too long.
Uncheck "Letterbox during breaks" in Taikodiffs, since there are no Breaks.
Source is inconsisten, please make sure to use the right and same source in all diffs.

Taiko Muzukashii


Please remove "Kuro's" from the Diffname, it's your mapset so why should you mention your name again in the diffs? Same goes for Oni.

Use HP and OD of 5, they match the song/map better.

Please make sure to only use same-coloured streams, so basically only ddd and kkk (and the 5note versions, ofc). I won't mention every stream again, so please go over that on your own.

00:25:680 (9) - Reduce length by 1/2 and add a note (don) at the current end.
00:36:721 (8,9) - Make (8) kat and delete (9), because with the (9), the combo gets too long. Muzukashii diffs are still for newer players.

I think user's perference skin is better Nah, I skinned most of the items except "section-fail" and the scorebar so "scorebar-colour" is misaligned if players use a unique scorebar.
No "section-fail" ? better find one I was going to make one but folder size is at max :P

(If I ask a question, it doesn't necessarily mean it's an issue, but rather asking you if you consider it an issue).

General

The standard difficulties all have a red line before the song starts. There's no point to this line and the taiko modes do not have it so it's unrankable anyways.
If you're not using 1/8th don't have it selected. Check your green lines, there are unsnapped lines you should fix.
01:20:666 - There are two green lines really close together. Most of the time there isn't anything mapped here, and there's a break right after.
fail-background and pause-overlay are too large.Ii'm not entirely sure if it's unrankable, but these sizes seem excessive to me.
That combo burst is huge. You mustn't go over default dimensions for combo bursts (500 x 767)

Your backgrounds are all different sizes. that's not a terribly big deal, but the ideal background size for a 4:3 background is 1024x768, and several of your backgrounds are 1023x768. your other ones are slightly larger. The last you could do is resize the 1023 to 1024. I talked with Charles and he says your above dimension bgs are probably fine since widescreen increased the max dimensions. Don't need to change the other ones, but I'm not sure how they will appear in widescreen. I would check to see how they convert to widescreen.

Easy

Lots of snapping errors. Most of your notes and green lines are unsnapped.

00:19:426 (1) - Doesn't really fit. The place where it ends is not meaningful and gives little time to hit the notes after. This is not the place for a spinner of such size should be, certainly not in an Easy. You need to do something about this IMO.
00:47:339 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Why did you stop hitsounding? The beat has stopped since the sliders. It's not absolutely necessary, but I would like to know why.
00:52:339 (1,2) - You should stack the ends of these if you're going to have this pattern. Personally I think it would be better if they weren't stacked at all.
01:07:339 (1,2,3) - Spacing.IMO you should have 0.60 here. You can keep 0.56 for the rest of the pattern. The gap would be less noticeable.
01:07:342 - Why do you not have a finish here?
01:27:342 - ^

00:40:676 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - You had a clap pattern in the Easy. I suggest you have one here as well.
00:47:342 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - If you did anything with the Easy here, apply it here to be consistent.
01:07:342 (1,2,3) - Gaps do not flow nearly as well at 0.40 as your note streams. I do not think you should space these so close. My observation is that the transition from 2 to 3 isn't that bad since its prominence in the beat is more clear, but the transition between the two repeat sliders doesn't fit the song. I suggest using at least 0.6 snap between those sliders and IMO it doesn't look that great with both sliders positioned exactly the same and those sliders are a poor representation of the beat since the hitsound tones are unmapped.

Options:

1. Increase the distance of these sliders. The closer to 1.00 they are the more naturally they play.
2. Fill that gap in between the sliders. The problem with this is that it makes the gap at 2,3 feel unnatural. If you want this route you would probably need to either map that gap as well (not recommended) or increase the spacing of 2,3.

01:11:092 (4,2) - doesn't sound bad if you had claps here.
01:16:509 (4,1) - Personally I prefer 0.6 here to your current spacing, but I'm dealing with some lag delay. It's hard to tell if that's affecting my opinion.
01:20:676 - Why do you not have a finish here?
01:22:342 - Why aren't there hitsounds through here? It's like you ignore hitsounding the actual beat.

Sounds like your hitsounds are a WIP.

Unsnapped slider ends and green lines (Check aimod)

00:14:009 (1,2,3) - I have similar feelings to this as in the Normal.
00:16:092 (1,2) - Same issue as Normal
00:17:759 (4,5,6) - I feel this is imbalanced. The pattern in Normal was slightly imbalanced as well, but this has shifted the notes in a more inconsistent way. Instead of having the notes go out slightly like in Normal, the note is shifted inward. In Normal 00:19:009 (6) - was 2 units right of the end of the previous slider. At least have it vertical or 1 unit forward. The transition here 00:17:759 (4,5) - in Normal was straight vertical, and in Hard the slider is one unit forward. That doesn't matter so much, as long as the part after it looks remotely balanced.
00:19:009 (6,1,2) - Take care of this spacing.
00:21:092 (1,2) - This wasn't manually stacked in the Normal. Stack behavior shouldn't be different between difficulties, so why are you stacking differently? (00:22:342 (3,4) - isn't manually stacked and shouldn't be. Just fix the stack)
00:25:676 (9) - Similar thoughts as in Normal, but instead of a single slider you could have a compressed triple. http://puu.sh/22aiV
00:35:051 (4) - I suggest a whistle here to break up the silence. The silence is quite bothersome. Do the same for the other pattern.
00:37:551 (1,2) - Same opinion as the normal with the whistles
00:37:551 (1,2,1) - I don't like this transition. I think this just needs to not overlap at all, especially going into that next combo. The spacing could use an increase between 1,2, and perhaps set it up so that the next combo starts in the middle of the two sliders.
00:39:009 (3) - OMG use hitsounds, this is just bad to have a slider with this many repeats have no beat indicators. It makes it seem like i'm not following the beat at all. Please consider breaking that slider up for a more interesting beat and add hitsounds to it. Not optional in my opinion.
00:40:675 (1,2) - Flow is awkward. don't use 0.53 spacing on jump sounds. The rest of the combo is 0.8 and even that's disappointing, but at least playable. Also hitsounds, add them. Don't space 2,3 different than the other slider transitions.
00:47:342 - So quiet through here. The less hitsound notes you skip over the more necessary it is to add hitsounds to those notes.

It would probably be better if the sliders were a little faster if you're going to have sliders that long, but unsure how that will affect your shorter sliders since those play fine. It might just be my computer lagging making it seem like they are slow, so don't change anything unless you feel it is necessary)

The standard difficulties all have a red line before the song starts. There's no point to this line and the taiko modes do not have it so it's unrankable anyways. Already removed them
If you're not using 1/8th don't have it selected. Check your green lines, there are unsnapped lines you should fix. Since I made this beatmap before the new hitsounding system, I used a shitload of green lines while mapping the hitsounds. I went ahead and adjusted to the new way of hitsounding instead of resnapping everything and of course I resnapped anything left over.
01:20:666 - There are two green lines really close together. Most of the time there isn't anything mapped here, and there's a break right after. Is that so? Fixed

That combo burst is huge. You mustn't go over default dimensions for combo bursts (500 x 767) Tried to resize them a bit but the way their shaped, it isn't possible to reach default dimensions without loosing something.

Your backgrounds are all different sizes. that's not a terribly big deal, but the ideal background size for a 4:3 background is 1024x768, and several of your backgrounds are 1023x768. your other ones are slightly larger. The last you could do is resize the 1023 to 1024. I talked with Charles and he says your above dimension bgs are probably fine since widescreen increased the max dimensions. Don't need to change the other ones, but I'm not sure how they will appear in widescreen. I would check to see how they convert to widescreen. Yeah I checked they look fine \o/

Lots of snapping errors. Most of your notes and green lines are unsnapped. Fixed

My observation is that the transition from 2 to 3 isn't that bad since its prominence in the beat is more clear, but the transition between the two repeat sliders doesn't fit the song. I suggest using at least 0.6 snap between those sliders and IMO it doesn't look that great with both sliders positioned exactly the same and those sliders are a poor representation of the beat since the hitsound tones are unmapped. Revented a bit with them and mapped hitsounds.

Options:

1. Increase the distance of these sliders. The closer to 1.00 they are the more naturally they play.
2. Fill that gap in between the sliders. The problem with this is that it makes the gap at 2,3 feel unnatural. If you want this route you would probably need to either map that gap as well (not recommended) or increase the spacing of 2,3.

01:11:092 (4,2) - doesn't sound bad if you had claps here. Ok
01:16:509 (4,1) - Personally I prefer 0.6 here to your current spacing, but I'm dealing with some lag delay. It's hard to tell if that's affecting my opinion. Hmm...
01:20:676 - Why do you not have a finish here? It didn't end on the downbeat at first so I extended it to 1 of the next beat and added a finish to the end of the slider.
01:22:342 - Why aren't there hitsounds through here? It's like you ignore hitsounding the actual beat. I didn't originally consider placing hitsounds there but I placed claps from there to the end so it should be fine now.

Instead of having the notes go out slightly like in Normal, the note is shifted inward. In Normal 00:19:009 (6) - was 2 units right of the end of the previous slider. At least have it vertical or 1 unit forward. The transition here 00:17:759 (4,5) - in Normal was straight vertical, and in Hard the slider is one unit forward. That doesn't matter so much, as long as the part after it looks remotely balanced. I think I fixed it
00:19:009 (6,1,2) - Take care of this spacing. I used 0.6 throughout those.
00:21:092 (1,2) - This wasn't manually stacked in the Normal. Stack behavior shouldn't be different between difficulties, so why are you stacking differently?
