I replaced the audio in my beatmap with a higher quality version, so I adjusted the BPM offset to the new audio, but couldn't offset the storyboard. It's way too big to offset every element manually. Is there a program, script or something I can use to do this?

Go to the "Design" tab. In the Design dropbox menu (above the tab), click "Move all elements in time..." and the only thing you have to do is type the offset you want. Hope this helps!
