A lot of these jumps are pushing past the "Hard" range. I would remove some of them.

The difficulties I didn't touch look good already. I don't have much, but I hope it helps!

This is the same bg that most other people have used for this song on their maps. Can we change it to something unique to this mapset?

A lot of people are mapping this song, and a unique bg can make your mapset stand out.

Absolutly no reason not to use 1.0 DS here.

00:03:655 (1,2,3) - DS should be 1. Why is it .8? Sticking with 1 will make the entire map flow better IMO.

00:05:429 (1) - This spinner is just trouble, you need to remove it. First of all you have it ending on00:06:881, which is when the beat starts moving. It feels awful not to be playing a circle or slider on this point. Try to avoid beginning a verse with the end of a spinner, it just feels like the song is starting without the player. Second, the 00:07:365 (1,2) appear long before the spinner is finished. When starting to play the game, players often have a lot of trouble with spinners, and having notes appear on screen with the spinner makes it way too confusing.
Just remove the spinner and replace it with a large slider. Try this rhythm out:

Honestly the majority of this difficulty feels like it was mapped to a different song... Most of these rhythms feel so separate from the beat. You're kind of mapping it to the offbeat of the song and it feels really confusing because it's not done right. It's like the player is trying to play an accompaniment that doesn't fit...

00:14:623 (1) - I don't like this rhythm. 00:14:623 to 00:17:849 - Simple like this:

00:41:881 (5) - I know it's mapped to the moving notes in the background, but it feels weird. It confusing because the previous 00:40:429 (4) ends on a white tick but the 00:41:881 (5) starts on a red tick. I just want to play it early. Easy difficulties should stick to simple 1/1 rhythms I think.
00:41:881 (5) - Move it to 00:41:720 and increase it's length by 1/2 of a beat.

00:47:526 - Add something here, maybe a slider leading to the 00:48:010 (1).

00:52:042 to 00:58:333 - Not matching song. Try this:

01:07:204 (1) - You need to remove this spinner. Avoid spinners like this in easy difficulty.
01:05:591 (3) to 01:09:462 (1) - Replace it with this rhythm:

01:23:010 - End the spinner here to give the player more time to recover.

01:24:623 (1) - Move to 01:24:300. Make it fit the vocals.

01:25:913 (2) - This doesn't work, lets redo this section. Avoid stacking circles in easy difficulty.

I think this difficulty needs a lot of work. It just doesn't fit very well.

01:01:075 (5) - This slider doesn't really look that great as a blanket. Try to improve it. This map has some great examples of how to make really interesting blankets: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/32046
Try studying some of those. I think some of those ideas would work well in this map.

01:07:607 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,1) - Overmapped IMO. I think something more simple like this is better:

01:21:720 (1,2,3,4,5) - This section is oddly straight forward compared to the rest of the map. The sliders are all flat on the x or y axis. I just think more work could be done here to make it more interesting like the rest of the map.

Absolutly no reason not to use 1.0 DS here.

00:03:655 (1,2,3) - DS should be 1. Why is it .8? Sticking with 1 will make the entire map flow better IMO.

00:05:429 (1) - This spinner is just trouble, you need to remove it. First of all you have it ending on00:06:881, which is when the beat starts moving. It feels awful not to be playing a circle or slider on this point. Try to avoid beginning a verse with the end of a spinner, it just feels like the song is starting without the player. Second, the 00:07:365 (1,2) appear long before the spinner is finished. When starting to play the game, players often have a lot of trouble with spinners, and having notes appear on screen with the spinner makes it way too confusing.
Just remove the spinner and replace it with a large slider. Try this rhythm out:

Honestly the majority of this difficulty feels like it was mapped to a different song... Most of these rhythms feel so separate from the beat. You're kind of mapping it to the offbeat of the song and it feels really confusing because it's not done right. It's like the player is trying to play an accompaniment that doesn't fit...

00:14:623 (1) - I don't like this rhythm. 00:14:623 to 00:17:849 - Simple like this:

00:17:204 (1) to 00:20:107 - Rhythm is better like this:

00:30:429 - The vocals make me feel like I should be hitting a slider, but I'm not. Instead I'm waiting to hit the slider that's on the screen but actually falls a beat later. 00:27:526 (1) to 00:32:688 (1) - Try this:

00:33:978 (2) - Doesn't fit the song... 00:32:688 (1) to 00:39:784 (3) - Try this:

00:41:881 (5) - I know it's mapped to the moving notes in the background, but it feels weird. It confusing because the previous 00:40:429 (4) ends on a white tick but the 00:41:881 (5) starts on a red tick. I just want to play it early. Easy difficulties should stick to simple 1/1 rhythms I think.
00:41:881 (5) - Move it to 00:41:720 and increase it's length by 1/2 of a beat.

00:47:526 - Add something here, maybe a slider leading to the 00:48:010 (1).

00:52:042 to 00:58:333 - Not matching song. Try this:

01:07:204 (1) - You need to remove this spinner. Avoid spinners like this in easy difficulty.
01:05:591 (3) to 01:09:462 (1) - Replace it with this rhythm:

01:23:010 - End the spinner here to give the player more time to recover.

01:24:623 (1) - Move to 01:24:300. Make it fit the vocals.

01:25:913 (2) - This doesn't work, lets redo this section. Avoid stacking circles in easy difficulty.
01:24:300 (1) to 01:27:688 (4) - Try this:

I think this difficulty needs a lot of work. It just doesn't fit very well.

I believe that the language barrier is going to be a large problem here, so I'll include an edited version of this difficulty with suggested changes so you can see for yourself. Keep in mind that this is just to show you these rhythm changes, I didn't worry about note placements. That's up to you:
