so me and my mom were shopping then we saw an aisle of prime energy drink, but they only got two flavors, the red one and the white one

it was my first time to taste prime and i took the red one

after we went home, i took my prime and it taste like cherry car freshener, like it felt like drinking some alien juice or smth

do all prime taste like that? what do the other prime flavors taste like?

yea that should be the majority of what you drink but electrolytes are important for a number of different reasons, particularly if you're active and sweating a bunch due to a workout or if you're dehydrated due to illness
water is pretty goddamn boring tho so I don't begrudge anyone using a bit of salt and a bit of sugar to make it taste better as long as, you know, they're drinking water

i think natural spring water has decent amounts of natural electrolytes, but purified water can potentially take stuff out of your system if you have too much.

The pure electrolyte stuff like LiquidIV and others are usually good in moderation but pretty bad if you are doing that everyday.

distilled water is fine if you're using it to make stuff like lemonade or coffee imo lol
I use some brand called ultima, partially because it tastes decent but mostly because it's the name of a spell from final fantasy. it finally hit 120f here the other day, I'm sweating my ass off all the time
