- Attempt to play daily: Even for 30 minutes it is good.
- Play all sorts of maps: Try all sorts of maps, within your skill range and sightly outside. NoFail is your friend here if you wanna go out more.
- Look at your replays: It's a good idea to check back why you missed. Lazer has a better replay viewer than stable here, but IIRC there are third party replay viewers available. Even Stable can work to some degree if you have to use that.
- Play the whole map, even if you miss.
- Try to stay as positive as you can: eliminate as much negative self-talk as you can.
- Have a clear goal in mind: play with some sort of goal in mind. For example, mine currently is derusting. Derusting here would mean that I feel like I'm playing decently well most of the time.
