its easy, but takes time.
its easy to not be an asshole, but most of us fail at that.
I would argue that alongside that, he is witty and funny, something not everybody is.Polyspora wrote:

well, I dont believe being a clown is a requisite, achro is the living proof of an interesting guy that isnt always the most humorous but is very accepted by the communityWinnyace wrote:

idk tbh abraker kinda forced themselves into a position of cultural authority over OT and I don't think we should really advice people to try to imitate thatPolyspora wrote:

In general, someone shouldn't force anything to happen. I said in a reply earlier in the thread that it is best to remain yourself throughout and not worry. Getting respect and praise from a small group of people who are largely here for shitposting, with nothing really holding them, is near impossible. I don't believe anyone should put their time in this sub-forum to get respect. They very likely won't get it.Patatitta wrote:

I think he was quite liked before that though, thats probably what caused Death to just casually invite him to GMT over discordPatatitta wrote:

I wanted to be in a position of cultural authority. I checked OT like a hawk for 5 years or so, missing days only in extreme circumstances. And it felt like it didn't take much effort or time to do so. I very much loved shaping the subforum and being the driving force behind most things. I hoped and still hope there would be someone like me to pass the torch toPatatitta wrote:

Those who control the present, control the past and those who control the past control the future. All one has to do is be relevant, manipulate the meta, and choose what history to record (OT!Chronicles)
