All diffs:
01:50:987 - 01:56:480: this is just a personal opinion, but maybe make this a soft sound section

Easy:
00:33:24 (9) - New Combo. Or somewhere else in this combo, but 14 combo for an Easy? Hurr.
01:18:45 (2) - 1 Level 3 grid to the left
01:42:11 (5,6) - Bit close to each other

Hard:
01:07:67 (6) - 2 Level 3 grids to the right
01:08:52 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - ^
01:20:77 (6,7,8,9,10) - If you want to change the spacing so abruptly, at least make this a new combo...
01:43:80 (1) - Bit close to last combo
02:07:04 (1,2,3,4) - Inconsistent spacing... Eeek.

Insane's fine.
