if you are thinking about changing grip, this may be helpfull
recently after every longer sessions my index finger would really hurt and it made playing any aim focused map imposible so i decided to play stream maps... it also caused index finger pain
(i played with the usual pen grip)
so i thought you know what? time to change something. today i have changed my grip to (i think it was called) lateral quadrupod grip
at first it felt really bad and i wasnt able to play 4* but i played for few hours as the grip didnt cause me any pain and i was really suprised with how fast i progressed from there (i thought getting back to playing at my usual skill level would take few days) and i think i got pretty far on day 1 (still have lots of work to do)
you can share your thoughts on how important is the grip
i think i can point some things out about the grip rn as it feels way different from what i used
+:
-better aim control (more restricted hand movement)
-more consistent (when playing inside my comfort zone i no longer randomly move my hand,
i am still getting the hang of new grip so my hand sometimes gets confused tho)
-:
-faster stamina drain(because of the restricted hand movement your hand gets exhausted quicker, that will probably not be the case after playing more with this grip tho)
for now i cant really tell if im playing jumps better as i didnt fully adapt yet, i will update the post after few days
wrote the grip name wrong and...
aw hell nah dude
