I feel like he could. As of now it's mrekk and accolibed on their own planet, no one really has a chance at rank 1 anytime soon outside of an insane skill boost or a huge speed nerf. If mrekk decides to stop grinding after losing number 1 and accolibed keeps setting 1300+ pp plays and there's no speed nerf in the near future, who's touching him?
