So Im recently trying to train many skillsets and some sessions I give almost fully to streaming. So what Im doing is warming up, then playing a lot of stream maps (80% of them faster than my comfort zone) and wasting all my finger stamina in a hour play; if I got some left in me - playing some jumps to end my session.
Am I doing good or theres other less harmful/effective way to do it? Share please!
