How to practise alt/tech (NM3/NM4) map?

I always use singletap to play osu;When I play alt map,I always miss the flow notes and I feel my left hand hasn't a right rhythm.When I play tech map,I think it's so hard to read the quick slider.😭😭😭

Should I practise it from some easy alt/tech map?😞😞😞

learn to use 2 keys better first, try some low bpm spaced stream or lower bpm alt map.

don't singletap it even if it's easier or doable - if alting it feels hard, you are learning to alt better when you practice that map.

finding aimy/spaced lower bpm maps is not so hard if you do stars>6 bpm<161 or some other values.
