this happened to me too, just submit another play and submit another play again or be patient if that didn't work. Now your rank increased again.

if something like this happens, check the website. It's usually updated right away.
And if it submitted ingame you can check the stats (i.e. how much rank you gained) if you scroll down on the result screen.
