Where did I mess up for FC?

I've been at this map for a little while now, and I finished my first Sudden Death, I thought I had gotten FC, but apparently not? How is this even possible, doesn't sudden death finish you if you don't hit something?

You dropped a slider end which breaks your combo but doesn't count as a miss

To have the Full Combo, you need to hit every circles and sliders (which means no sliderend drop)
