Not sure if this is the right topic to place this under, but here goes. Recently I just got my first 99% It was an easy song, 1.8 stars, 4k, and i got a 99.63% (5 Greats, 162 perfects, and 286 marvelous), my game says its an AA rating, how would i get to a AAA rating? is that even a thing? What are the requirements for higher rankings?

THat's...Stepmania/DDR, Not Osu!Mania. This is the completely wrong forum, period, unless there's another subforum for other rhythm game.
could just be using a skin, since default osu skin is even worse for mania than it is in std.
so in this case its probably skinned so S ranks are AA, and SS are AAA.
in mania ranks/grades are tied to accuracy:
100% - SS
>95% - S
>90% - A
>80% - B
>70% - C
anything else is D
basically you need to get all perfects (300) or higher to get 100% accuracy and an SS rank. If you manage to get all marvelous (or MAX 300) you can get the perfect score of 1 million.
