pp farming is generally discouraged as a way to improve, so be wary when setting new top plays
for standard, it looks like you need to play longer maps. your top plays all look like they're under 3 minutes, so try pushing that boundary. since you're still relatively low ranked, you'll probably get more localized advice once you improve there
i don't know too much about mania but i'd probably suggest pushing accuracy a bit more

1.) Stop mainly playing [Hard]/[Insane] 3-4* maps. You aren't good enough for those yet.
2.) Play high 1*/low-mid 2* map for 95%+ accuracy.
3.) Work on fundamental concepts of std. play (rhythm sense, approach circle reading, basic pattern recognition).
