my first manga was Pokemon Adventures! i only have the first book at the moment. 
My first manga I've ever read was Naruto. I was completely confused why mangas are on the back side and really thought that was a misprint. so I flipped the back side (front side) and there it was. it said “STOP! you're reading the wrong way and bla bla bla”. I was fascinated that mangas are built different. I could've almost asked the librarian and end up in an embarrassing state. and this is how I started to read mangas and generally like anime as a whole.

Probably Dragonball, I used to read random volumes I found at my local library. The first manga I read in it's entirety was Naruto I think. However, the manga that really sent me down the rabbit-hole was Komi-san, so I like to consider that as the first manga I read.

My first manga (at least what I remember) is Hitori Bocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu, I finished the anime and wanted to see how it continued, I'm sad that there is no second season.
