Albums OST from games such as Fran Bow and Little Nightmares seems not so scary, but literally masterpiece and the anxiety could be higher if you imagine something or know the lore of it.

Also, newgrounds composer Koraii could interest you, some music like WORSHIP is a good type of Experimental and Trance styles. Unique in one word, I would say. Here's the link: https://koraii.newgrounds.com

You can't talk about horror music without mentioning kikuo. He's basically the monopoly when it comes to horror vocaloid music. And his style of music is very different compared to the usual artists, so it's very refreshing just listening to his songs.

Here's some of his music:

Now, I wouldn't say monopoly

I'm not even going to bother linking Happppy Song since I assume most osu!degenerates are intimately aware of it

Also, some more horror (or at least creepy sounding) Vocaloid songs I've hoarded over the years.

(and then final addition of a song that isn't technically? horror sounding but has lots of horror details in the music video and is suitably creepy)

Oh, I completely forgot about SOOOO lmao. He also makes pretty good music I personally don't like most of his songs since they tend to be "hard-hitting?" Kinda like that feeling.

One of the most haunting pieces in contemporary classical music is "ricorda cosa ti hanno fato in Auschwitz" title should be self explanatory as to what it is and what it samples

Apparently it is. I've only heard about it because of the "Mr Incredible becomming uncanny" memes.

A lot of the DbD chase themes are nice. Here's some of my favorites.

Some OSTs from "The Binding of Isaac: Repentance" are very scary when you listen for the first time. Here's my top 5:

1. Dread (The Calm Twisted)
2. Bygone
3. Home
4. Genesis Retake Dark
5. Caesarian (Utero)

You can listen to these on Spotify. The first two are the scariest in my opinion. Also special mention for "Living in the Light" for its disturbing atmosphere.
