Information
• Make sure to read the rules!!
• High Star Haven is an international 2v2 tournament with a maximum team size of 3.
• The maximum rank is 75k, and the minimum is 200k with no buffer.
• The gimmick of the tourney is a higher star rating than usual.
• If there are enough teams, the tourney will be RO64.
• You are required to be in the discord by the time registrations end.
• This is a double elimination tournament, meaning that if you lose once, you have a second chance. (Pools, schedule etc. will still be the same, you will just have to play two matches every weekend instead of 1, except for the second round)
• You must remain in the rank range until registration ends, or you will be unable to play.
• No staff members are allowed to play in the tournament, except for referees, streamers and commentators.
• Referees who also registered as players are not allowed to ref their own matches.
• All maps in the tourney will be played with NF and Score V2.

Screening
• There will be screening, however this will be done manually by our staff. If your profile is suspicious, we reserve the right to screen you out if suspicion is high on you. Examples of suspicious activity are: Low playcount/playtime (< 100 hours, < 5k playcount), previous infractions such as bans, less than 100 top plays and PP spread (PP difference between top play and 100th top play) above 200. You are allowed to decay/derank into range, but to prevent abuse of this rule, the highest rank visible in your graph has to be below 65k. (NOT A BUFFER) There will be NO deranker screening, except if your username is -Jayden or dsxtreem.

Qualifier Procedures
• Each team is responsible for signing up to a qualifier lobby. These will take place in 2-hour intervals.
• The lobby will be created 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time, and invites will be issued to the captain of each team. The captain is then responsible for inviting the rest of their team.
• The entire qualifiers mappool will be played in order from start to finish ONCE, starting with NM1, and ending with DT2.
• If any disconnections/abort requests occur within 30 seconds, or within ¼ of the map’s length in the case of shorter maps, that player may repeat that map at the end of the lobby.
• Only two players are allowed to play each map. There will be a 2-minute interval between maps in which you can switch players in and out, but only two players per team may play each map.
• Teams are given up to 10 minutes to join their lobby, however if they fail to do so, you will need to reschedule the lobby or choose to replay maps they missed after the lobby in the case where more than one team is playing in a lobby.
• Extra lobbies can be scheduled outside of the normal time range if necessary.
• The top 64 teams in qualifiers, decided using z-sum, will be placed into the double-elimination bracket.

Rounds
• The bracket is determined by standard seeding, meaning the highest seed will face the lowest seed, the second highest the second lowest, and so on.
• Each team can only have two players play per map, players can be swapped between each map.
• The rounds will be consisted of a winners' bracket (WB) and a losers' bracket (LB)
• Starting Week 3, the 2nd week of LB, a LB team will have two matches per week. In the first match, they will face a team already in the LB, and after winning that, they will face a team that just lost in the WB.
• If the LB’s winner wins the first Grand Finals match against the WB winner, the Bracket will be reset. Another match will be played to determine the overall winner.

Bracket Procedures
• The match lobby will be created 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time, and invites will be issued to the captain of each team who is then responsible for inviting the rest of their team.
• Warmups up to 4 minutes are allowed, but not mandatory.
• Once warmups are played, both captains will be asked to !roll. The winner of this roll can then choose whether they would like to pick first or ban first. The loser of the roll can then choose the remaining order.
• Ban format is ABBA, meaning team A will ban first, then team B will ban twice, then team A will choose their final ban.
• Double picking/banning is not allowed, except for nomod where double pick/ban is allowed but triple pick is not.
• Picks will alternate between teams.
• Each team is entitled to a 5-minute timeout once per match, which will pause play for 5 minutes.
• If any disconnections/abort requests occur within 30 seconds, or within ¼ of the map’s length in the case of shorter maps, the map will be aborted and replayed up to twice per team.
