  1. Both diff. got too fast slider velocity. maybe 1.0 for normal and 1.5 for hard.
  2. Don't just follow the beat to place notes~ you will miss something and difficult for players to get the rhyme.
  3. Not recommended to use whistle in this music :( it is too loud for me.
  4. Try to make an Easy for new players.
  5. Click two times on slider to make it black circled to add hitsounds.
  6. Use distance snap. Holding alt and move your notes. this makes the arrangement tidy.

I willing to mod this, but the timing sounds still off to me. Find a time talk to me. I would rather like to do this mod in-game, too much stuffs and for better understanding, I think IRC mod would be better.

Edit: IRC modded alot.

You need a difficulty under 3 stars to be ranked. Consider making an easy or making normal easier.
Try using hitsounds more often? I'm not too good with them myself, but someone might be able to help you with those.
I don't like the repeating sliders that are short and vary in length, because it's really hard to tell how long to hold those, especially in Normal.

Normal:
00:10:122 (3,4) - I don't like overlapping sliders like this, maybe see 00:18:849 (3,4) - for something I prefer. That's my personal opinion, though, it's technically fine.

00:25:122 (7,8,9) - Align to the end of 6?

00:40:940 (1,2,3,4) - Align to end of previoius note?

  1. your MP3 has a bitrate of 96kbps, it's recommended to use a 128~192kbps MP3 file, try to find a better one
  2. title: Ancient Groover. (capitalize 'G', ref: wikipedia)
  3. [Easy] has different tags as [Normal] and [Hard], please makes them the same, also suggest adding tags: RO.
[Easy]
after seeing all your difficulties, i'm not giving you a standard full mod, instead i'll give you a very detailed mod to diff [Easy], please check it and understand the major problem of your map at the moment, basically..
  1. sync new combo with high white ticks is usually better (and it's better in your case, too), pic:

    check the [Easy] diff mod below to find some example of misplaced new combos
  2. keep distance snap, distance multiplier is shown at top-right corner of the editor, check the 00:18:849 part of the mod and you'll know what i'm saying.
  3. keep the rhythm, see the [Easy] mods which i told you to add notes to understand how, of course you can bring variety to your mapset by introducing different rhythm, but they must be intuitive and sounds good..
  4. you need a hitsound pattern, not like how you did in 0:09~0:15 in your [Easy]: place 8 normals and then place 4 claps (you did similar things in other diff too), the most basic hitsounding skill is called 2/4 white tick hitsounding, which means place hitsound on 2nd/4th white ticks and leave all other points without hitsound, pic:

    it has different form like 3/7 or 4/8 white ticks hitsounding, i'll give an example of 3/7 below (Easy diff), try to understand yourself and go hitsounding your other part/diff:
  5. 00:10:121 (2) - clap
  6. 00:12:303 (6) - clap (only startpoint, don't clap the whole slider)
  7. 00:14:486 (3) - clap
  8. 00:16:667 (1) - due to pattern this one should have clap, but since it's a transformation between paragraph, we leave it without hitsound, and...
  9. 00:17:758 (3) - finish here, to indicate it's the start of a new paragraph.

    ok now mod.
  10. if you're going to keep the square pattern (grid snap/distance snap/parallel movements), suggest you go press Ctrl+1 to enter grid lv4 and adjust your notes a bit, this is small but will makes your layout neat and tidy (which is important when you're applying square pattern), since it's small i'll only give <00:10:667> (3,4) for example, you decide if you want to fix the whole layout through the map:

For the places i commented on, another mapper actually suggested changing it to that. Something constant is easy for the players to follow. Part of it is actually on the 1/8th note but i didn't want to use the 1/8 so i used the slider.

Let's say... I would use the claps more at the parts where I would also use Kiai, and then throughout the song may some claps but most of the time whistles... finishes where needed apparently.
Since it's easier for me to show you what my ideas are, I'll just give you a file where I would feel like "this sounds ok." (no offense intended here~, Everyone has a different hearing and taste for hitsounds~ :3)
Note: If you use that file, make sure you make a backup of your own latest copy so you can replace it easily again.

Remove Background Music Game from Tags.BGM is fine enough.

I should also mention that MP3's bitrate is below ranking criteria,it should be between 128-192 kbps.

You can't randomly snap your notes on blue(yellow) ticks. Cause it's unreadable.
I know it will be hard,but you should re-arrenge your maps using white/red ticks,mostly following main rhytm.
Unless you won't make your map ranked..

01:16:666 (4) - Use a short slider instead that starts 1/4 earlier (on the blue tick) and ends right here. Matching what you actually hear would make it much easier to read why (6) suddenly starts on the blue tick.
01:19:122 (1) - Reduce to 1x repeat to match the actual song
01:25:122 (4) - Reduce to 1x repeat, add stacked circle on the red tick @01:25:666 to make it match the song and less confusing

00:16:121 (6,1,2,3) - Some very weird spacing decisions. Personally I wouldn't go for a triple-jump with inconsistent spacing here. Rhythm pattern itself is already hard to read if you don't know the music by heart so I would keep the spacing simple here.
00:27:030 (1,2,3,4,5) - I think it would be much better (playble) to reduce the spacing inside this first jump-pattern a bit. Select all 5 notes and use "Scale by..." -> 0,6x with "Playfield Centre"
