First of all, your timing is not correct:

BPM: 141.013, offset 13666

Timing sample:

Attachment is for your referrence. Listen to it at 25% and you should hear the beat drop right where the notes placed.

After that you should resnap and fix some notes that was drop on blue ticks before the timing changed. I take a second check after you fix it :)

Alright let's see what I can find. I'll mod Heaven case 2 as you requested.

General:
besides the 2 diffs that are the same everything looks good.

Heaven(case 2):
Having a slidertick rate of .5 is unrankable. here's proof.
01:17:916 (4) - make this a curved slider to form a blanket around the next note.
01:18:980 (2) - ^ previous note.
01:35:361 (1) - it'd sound nice if you can add a finish at the beginning but reduce the volume to 50% so that it goes in sync with the cymbals.
01:44:720 (1) - remove the NC because the instrumental is still going.
01:45:571 (6) - make this a NC because of the new instrumental and it starts at the downbeat.
01:47:273 (1) - add a finish on the spinner? same reason as 01:35:361
02:41:738 (1) - ^
03:28:860 - add a circle to follow the piano?
03:56:091 - ^
04:03:432 (1) - same as 01:47:273
04:18:748 (1) - what the...why is this speeding up all of a sudden? i think u want this to slow down but for some reason this speeds up all of a sudden.
04:24:705 (7) - add a clap here? sounds nice IMO
04:25:131 - add a circle to follow instrumental.

This is the best i can do. GL :D

Okay, I finnaly converted the Taiko map and have expand it.
I'm really sorry that you have need to wait so long, but I had much to do these days. orz

I really like the SB and it fit's to taiko as well, so I leaved it how it is and added one more thing you will see as attachment.
Please add my name into the TAG's so I can check out your newest updates.
I could fc it~

I'm not sure, but I heard the spinner-background must have a Size of 666x666. Ignore this if it's false.
It feels unconfortable without Lead-In Time. Set at least the time at 500.
00:47:279 (10) - Remove Clap, set Whistle.
00:50:684 (5) - Set Whistle at Start Point.
01:14:937 (1,2,3) - They don't fit with the Music IMO.
01:35:360 - 01:48:976 - Why no Kiai Time?
02:03:016 (2) - Set Clap at Start Point. (I know there's no Clap Hit at the Music on this time, but it would also fit there)

04:24:705 (7) - Set Clap.

Besides of the original and the Metal Version by Len it is the only good mix version of U.N Owen was her? ! Starred this.

technically ok but tbh it may not reach the approvable quality [for me] in terms of arrangement and variations (e.g. 01:28:552 - you can put sth other than simple trplet without any movement)

[Taiko]
00:09:968 - as a progression I think you can use 1/3 x x x instead of 1/6
00:25:287 - ^ in this quiet section I don't prefer 1/6
01:17:698 - use 1/6 duplet like before
01:47:273 - broken sliders, and no sliders on 1/3 tick because you use it on 1/4 ticks before

spinner-approachcircle.png isn't used.
Why Taiko and Standard diffs have a different BPM?
