No, you didn't. You should place the red timing sections precisely on the first beat of the song :
  1. 1 - You didn't place it on the first beat and...
  2. 2 - ...there are about 30ms advanced in your current offset.

  1. Offset : 415 ~ Resnal all notes
  2. Change the black combo colour into another one. The black is almost invisible.

  1. 00:37:081 (4,5,6) - Well, those haven't got any sense at all. I can feel three different beats on the audio file which sounds respectively at 00:36:970, 00:37:192, 00:37:414 and since this is meant to be a Insane difficulty, you should consider about fill that beats with some hitcircles.
    Well, this is pretty boring to be an Insane. I suggest you to make it harder.

  1. Improve the sliders form
  2. Just about your Insane : Improve your capacity to make the title correspond with the content of the map. I mean : if you call a difficulty "Insane", make it Insane.
  3. In Normal and Easy difficulties, don't use more than 6 combos.

It's 192, so there's no need for that.

And about this map, i might not able to continue mapping due to the fact my net is getting really messed up now, so this and the others might get graved soon.
