Apparently I should've put word 8 as the boss but who cares now.
BTW the final word is worth 3 million points so you may want to do some more thinking.

I found a word that's worth 500+ million points but I am 99.99% sure that no one will get it right. It's so hard that the spell check underlines it and the actual spelling is weird too.
