00:55:063 (3) - This is touching the HP bar, not exactly sure if this is allowed.

01:34:164 (4,5,6) - I had to look twice. It is so very hard to read. It keep looking like 4,6,7 only because you stuck that 6 in the middle of the 4,5 jump. Please consider changing this.

03:24:557 (1,2,3,4,5) - notes 1,2 make this stream sound so very wierd. possibly remove them and new combo at note 3?

05:16:130 (1) - soft finish hitsound here?

Saw nothing wrong on Gowwwwwws diff (idk how many w s there are)

I feel very satisfied starring this ouran. It shouldn't take long at all for this to get approved.

Offset = 606 (may be slightly earlier. Try results from 603-606 and see which one sounds best.)

01:33:470 (5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - WTF is this? Difficulty spasm right here. All of a sudden notes just spam the screen and you have no time to hit them.

00:30:783 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - OMG at this spacing. So awkward. >.<

00:32:468 (6) - No reason why this is part of the previous combo

00:42:412 (1,2,3,4) - clean up these spacings somewhat. Don't have to be the same, but make them use nice rounded numbers. You can see the center note isn't completely centered.

00:43:761 (9) - Maybe new combo to make it more readable in the stack. (It's also the start of the next rhythm so it would make sense. Keep it a single note combo. I don't remember what was after as this is an edit.)

00:48:648 (5) - maybe new combo?

01:44:098 (3,4) - ugly There's a reason why no one does this anymore.

I'll say it again though, Insane has some overmapped streams that don't really need to be there.

Other than that, very nice map.

First of all, you have a Lunatic and an Insane difficulty. Insane is classified to be (even) harder than lunatic, so you might want to consider renaming that one to the secret fifth difficulty in Touhou, Phantasm.

01:03:311 (2,3) - I don't like these. Consider placing (3) with its start in the center, facing down, and shortening it a bit. that way you get a nice tringle of similar sliders.
01:25:558 (1,2,1) - Later on in the map you spread this green combo to the corners. Please do the same here, it only jars play.
01:33:648 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Lol. At least place (6) elsewhere, now it's really ugly and confusing. This is not how difficulty is made.
01:40:053 (1) - What is this mapped with?
02:40:053 (1,2,3,1) - Now you just have no excuse. The red combo right before it has the same spacing, and works well spread out.
03:04:659 (3) - The obsessive compulsive bitch inside me says this has to go one Lv3 grid down.
04:04:659 (3,4) - These sliders overlap uglily.
04:07:356 (2,3) - Idem.
04:40:895 (7) - Move elsewhere.
04:43:761 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This combo is too far down. You can't even fully see the score burst.
05:05:078 - Map this guitar solo. Just to prove my point you will find enclosed a difficulty in which I mapped it. Don't use that (it sucks), but at least do something with it. The break is too short and too close to the end to play well.
...On second thought, you can also end your map at 04:54:547. That works just as well.

Overall, the hitsounds on this map are terrible. The claps are so dull and repetitive I had to take a second look in the editor to make sure they weren't just part of the song, and there are no other hitsounds than every coconuts-banged-together-underwater on the offbeat. Add whistles, add finishes, tone down on the claprhythm.

I really can't make an unbiased judgement on this difficulty because when forced to play anything in this horrid jump-stream-jump style I'd rather chew off my own hand to render me unable to, and redigest the vomit it becomes after I look at the patterns again. I truly think it's altogether terrible, but apparently a lot of people, a whole lot of people, don't. Ask someone else for this one.

You said you're going for approval. Again I have to say: Don't. There have been plenty of maps ranked that were over 5 minutes, that's not a valid argument against making a Normal or Hard.

01:46:794 (1) - Finish hitsound is out of place

01:44:098 (3,4) - NO, NO NO NO NO TAKE THAT 3 OR 4 OFF. NOW. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT. BAD OURAN.

Also with Insane, the claps during the streams (02:01:289 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) like this one) were a bit uneccessary mostly because it broke the rhythm of the clap and you could say that it fit the section but overall, I felt like it broke it
