Sorry for taking a bit longer to look at this >w<;
~General~
- I'm not sure at all at the Artist/Title. About the artist, all the ranked maps that have this artist have either "HTT" or "HO-KAGO TEA TIME", so it will probably be better to change to one of these, just for consistence between maps. About the title, since the Artist and the Title are the same, having "HO-KAGO TEA TIME - Houkago Tea Time" looks a bit weird... IMO the best solution would be changing the artist to HTT, but I'm going to ask around...
Skin
- The hitbursts (hit0, hit50, etc...) are a bit misplaced. Could you centre them?
- Is the C in spinner-clear supposed to be cut? Could you fix it if it isn't?

I noticed that in some maps, the "Enable Countdown" is checked; you should probably uncheck these in all difficulties.
also, i haven't checked anything much else, but...
