I'm not a complete newbie as I've been playing for a few months now, but I decided to make this post anyway for memories.
I found about this game in 2016 through a friend and watched some youtube videos, but I wasn't that interested because the game seemed way too hard at the time. I only knew about mania because of jhlee0133 and wasn't until 30 minutes before I downloaded the game that I found about standard, which seemed very fun.
I downloaded the game last November and played on and off ever since. This game is the first game that actually tires me out fairly quickly and I can't really play as much as I want to. It was also my first rhythm game and it took me a while to adapt. My music tastes have expanded so much in the last couple months and I've been having a lot of fun playing!
I'm happy to see what my future in this game holds
