Why the lead in? The map starts 12 seconds in.
02:19:64 (1) - raise it sliiightly so that the entire path is displayed on the play area.
Lower volume a bit, those whistles and finishes are kind of loud.
+ 30 ms to second section to 14,184, delete the first section since you don't map there.

Hard
+50 ms to first section (to 472), +30 ms to second section to 14,184.
